IZARD BANKRUPTCY.
At an adjourned meeting of creditors in the Izard bankruptcy held at Grey town on Thursday it was elicited that the gross assets would realise about and that probably a shilling dividend would be declared.
One of the victims in the Izard bankruptcy, who, as he said, had lost his all, wanted to know yesterday, what prospects there were of the promise, made by Mr Skerrett on behalf of bankrupt’s wife in respect to a voluntary payment of interest on sums lost, affecting him. The D.O.A. said that he would bring the case under Mr Skerett’s notice as being a deserving one. It had to be remem - bered however, that the offer made b-. Mrs Izard was purely a volunttuy one —Standard.
