Hurdle Races —The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of xolbs in the hurdle race, and ot every additional race a further penalty of ylbs. Definition of a Hack.-—A Hack means a horse that has not at time of entry won a race of the value of 100 sovs, or races of the collective value of 250 sovs, No horse will be allowed 'to start whose fees are unpaid.
