Nominations for all events except Maiden Hack Hurdles, and Trial Hack Race (first day) and Maiden Hack Scurry (second day), close with the Secretary, at Foxton, on Saturday, January sth, 1907, at g p.m. * Weights for First Day will be declared on or about January nth. Acceptances for First Day and Entries for Maiden Hack Hurdles and Trial Hack Race (first day), and Maiden Hack Scurry (second day) close on Tuesday, January 15th, 1907, at g p.m. Weights for Second Day’s Races will be declared on Tuesday, January 22nd, r. 907, at about 8 pm. Acceptances close same evening at 9.30. Rules and Regulations. Penalties, —Flat Races—The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of iolbs, and of every additional race a further penally of ylbs. Horses handicapped at Bst rolb or over to carry half the above penalties. Hurdle Races—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of rolbii in the hurdle race, and of every additional race a further penalty of ylbs. Definition of a Hack.—A Hack means a horse that has not at time of entry won a race of th§. value of 100 sovs, or races of the collective value; of 850S0VS, No horse will! be allowed to start - whose fees are unpaid.
