MUTINOUS CREW.

The crew of the Russian steamer Alma, while carrying cargo from Riga to Liverpool, mutinied off the coast of Schleswig-Holstein, and after murdering the captain, threw his body overboard. The second mate, who jumped overboard and swam for his life, States that the-crew also murdered the first mate, and threw him into the sea. After swimming about for more than an hour the second mate was picked up by a fishing smack. He states thr,t after the murders the mutineers broke open the captain’s strong box and drank the ruin that was kept on board. Afterwards they changed the course of the ship and sailed off for an unknown destination.
