The Manawatu flaxraills employees have filed a dispute for the Conciliation Bbard, which meets on December 27. The principal demands are a forty-six hours week, wages ranging from 8s a day for paddockers to 5s per week for strippers, whq are also feeding and managing machines. Sleeping quarters separate from dining room are required.
