THE IZARD BANKRUPTCY.
Carterton, Yesterday.
After the meeting of creditors yesterday at Grey town, Henry Stratton Izard, the bankrupt solicitor, was examined in camera respecting his trust money transactions. The Deputy Official Assignee intimated that, in view of the disclosures, he would, when the books have been examined by an accountant, place the case in the hands of the Crown Solicitor at Masterton. He would be guided by them as to his future action. In the meantime, any creditor might institute proceedings against the debtor.
