•Wellington, Yesterday,
At the Supreme Court this morning, the following sentences were imposed by the Chief Justice : —Francis Steven Hart, assault, fffteen months ; Patrick Connor, indecent assault, four years ; Wib liara Durkin, theft, eighteen months; Arthur Thomas, theft, two years; William Jenkinson Sparrow, theft, two years, and prisoner was declared an habitual criminal under the Act of last session ; William Kay and John Davey, theft, two years.
