ODDFELLOWSHIP.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the M.U.1.0.0.F. lodgd was held in the Good Templar’s Hall last Tuesday evening, when there was present: P.P.G.M, Bro. Watson from Palmerston. Bro. Ingram occupied the N.G. chair, and duly opened the lodge at 8.15, After the ’general business was transacted the lodge indulged in harmony. During the evening Bro. Watson gave a very pleasant and complimentary speech on the manner in which the meetings were conducted, and was pleased to see that the membership was increasing. He mentioned that at the present rate of initiations the local lodge would soon become one of the most prominent in the district, and he hoped to see the lodge represented at the next district delegate meeting.
