FOXTON BUILDING SOCIETY.
A meeting of subscribers of the above was held in Mr Perreau’s rooms last evening when-there was a fair attendance present. Mr P. Henpresided. The Secretary reported that 60 qdcj,.shares had been appliedtoi*. On the motion of Messrs Morgan and Hurley it was decided that a start be made; when 150 applied for —999 shares to be the liriiit. It was resolved that all moneys be deposited in the Post Office Savings Bank in the names of Messrs Hennessy and the Secretary, as joint trustees for the Society. The rules are to be perused by the provisional directors next Tuesday and printed.
Other routine business was discussed and the meeting rose.
