Christchurch Nov 2.

Over 30,000 people were present at the, opening ceremony of the exhibition.

The opening ode was a marvellous success. At its termination, audience and chorus cheered Mr Hill by way of expressing their appreciation of his work. was taken at the gates; £7OOO worth of season tickets have been sold up to date.
