Mr S. J. Hickson is retiring from the business which will be continued by Messrs E. E. Broad and A. Reeve in the name of “ Broad & Reeve ” from Ist October 1906. THE Totara Timber Company hereby calls for altrenative tenders A and B lor the cutting rights of its flax over about 200 acres of land situated in the West Tattpo County, adjacent to its railway and containing approximately 3000 tons of green flax. (A) Purchase of cutting rights on above area. (B) On a Royalty basis at per ton dressed fibre. In addition and adjacent to the Company’s line there are about 400 acres of native flax containing approximately 6000 tons of green flax which no doubt can be arranged for.
