WHITE CROSS LEAGUE.
Mr Bllgh’s Crusade Against Impurity.
Next Wednesday Mr Bligh, who is the lecturer of the Australasian White Cross league will be in Foxton, and it is to be hoped that he will secure large audiences. The object of the League is the promotion of social purity, and Mr Bligh advocates as a means to this end that all children should be instructed in the significance of the phenomena of existince. It is to be regretted that hitherto there has been a great deal of reticence on this subject, which has patrolled under the false colours of modesty. Mr Bligh gives sound advice regarding the special temptations and dangers which besets the life of the youth, and he advocates that there should be the same law for both male and female regarding social out casts, A special feature of the address is the attack on Medical Quacks and their wares, It is a shameful fact that these monsters should have had their way for so long, and that so many ot the youths of the colony should have been fleeced to such an extent.
