T HE Foxton Borough Council j hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise Special Loans as follows : (xst), for the erection of , Gasworks, and to make an annually recurring SpeJal Rate of one shilling and three-pence farthing in the £ on the annual rental value of all the rateable property in the said Borough of Foxton as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan. The whole of the loan to be repayable on the 31st day of December, 1927. It is proposed to pay out of loan money ihe cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest of the loan. (2nd), £2OO for the completion and furnishing of Council Chambers and the Public Library, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of one half-penny in the £ on the annual rental value of all the rateable property in the said Borough of Foxton as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such Loan. The whole of the loan to be repayable on the 22nd day of December, 1921. It is proposed to pay out of Loan money the cost of raising the loan and the first year’s interest o the loan.
