The whole of the loan to be repayable on the 31st day of December, 1927. It is proposed to pay out of loan money ihe cost of raising the loan and the first year's interest of the loan. . Chambers and the Public Library, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of one half-penny in the £ on the annual rental value of all the rateable property in the said Borough of Foxton as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such Loan.
