THE Foxton Borough Council i hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise Special Loans as follows ; (Ist), £7OOO for the erection of Gasworks, and to make an annually recurring Special Rate of one shilling’ and three-pence farthing in the £ on the annual rental value of all the rateable property in the said Borough of Foxton as security for the interest and sinking fund in connection with such loan.
