CANCELLATION OF A UNION REFUSED. Sydney, August 7. In April last the Registrar appointed under the Arbitration Act applied to the Court for the cancellation of the registration of the Wharf Labourers’ Union, on the ground that it had refused to enrol a member. The matter was decided to-day, when the application for cancellation was dismissed. The judge favoured the application, but the representatives on the bench ol the employers and employees dissented.
