Advance Foxton.
Many are the signs of Foxton’s advancement of late months, and the announcement that Mr Louis Wilson’s growing business is to be greatly enlarged and _ run by an enterprising firm is quite in keeping with the wave of progress that Foxton is experiencing. A glance at the opening announcement in another column should convince even the most sceptical that we are to receive great benefits from the new firm in the line of grocery commodities. As a special inducement all adult purchasers at the shop on Saturday receive a packet of their famous “Temple Tea.” We are pleased to note that Mr Wilson has been admitted as a partner in the new company, and that after a short trip to Australia he will take over the management of the new business. The firm intend to be up-to-date, and have acquired the two adjoining shops with a view to carrying a stock large enough. to meet all requirements. We wish the new firm a fair share of trade. Mr Louis Wilson, who has been working energetically and carefully in our midst for the past 13 years, has fully earned the holiday he is about to enjoy, and we trust that he may return from Australia in the very best of health, and so throw his whole-hearted efforts into the business so, fully bent on meeting with the people’s requirements. Mr and Mrs Wilson and child leave on their trip next Monday.
