The Duma’s Labor Group declare they possess absolute proof of orders sent from St. Petersburg to the police and Government for General Sataroff to fire upon any gatherings addressed by Deputies. Ten armed men at noon stopped a carriage containing the cashier of the Vistula Railway Company in the centre of Warsaw, while he was proceeding to the bank, escorted by two soldiers. The men killed the soldiers and seized three bags containing ten thousand roubles with which they escaped. The cashier concealed fifty thousand roubles.
