SIR WILWAM LYNE’S CAMPAIGN BEGINS. STATE SOCIAUSM DEFINED. Sydney, July 10. Sir William Dyne, Federal Minister of Trade and Customs, has opened his electoral campaign for the Home seat in a speech delivered at Wagga. He declared himself to be a Humanist and a State Socialist, He told his hearers in a couple of words what State Socialism means —it was “Freetrade defeated.”
