The Dreyfus Case.

Paris, June 18
The preliminary investigations have resulted in a satisfactory report on the appeal for the legal rehabilitation of Captain Dreyfus, who was convicted (by a secret military tribunal) in 1894 of having divulged State secrets to a foreign power, and was sentenced to penal servitude for life, but was aubsequently pardoned and re* leased. The Court of Cassation will now reopen the case.
