Football.

Awahou seniors and juniors are working hard this past week. The seniors meet every night next week for practise, preparatory to meeting Sandon, and it is probable the services of Paddy or Archie McMinn will be obtained as coach. The Management Committee meet at Gray Hotel immediately following the match this afternoon to consider transfers.

In all probability, Mr Ern. Hash will be chosen as referee in next Saturday’s match, Awahou v. Sandon.
