Lady Aeronaut’s Thrilling Experience.
London, June 7
Owing to an accident at starting, Miss Neil, an aeronaut, ascended at Pontypool, in Wales, head downwards and hanging by one foot. After a desperate struggle she climbed a rope and unfastened the parachute at a height of five thousand feet and descended safely.
