Foxton Lawn Tennis Club.

A well attende.4 general meeting )f the Tennis Club was held in he library on Saturday evening,' sir Clemett being in the chair. It was decided to postpone the lance from the 23rd May to the bllowing Wednesday, May 30th. A strong working committee vas elected to carry out necessary irrangements with hall. The ■.upper was left in the hands of .he ladies. Final arrangements or M.C’s. and musicians- Were eft with the secretary.

The prizes won in the recent tournament are to be presented during the evening. ; A large number of names* were brought up as having been over* looked in the first lis" of invitations sent out, and the secretary vas instructed to get these sent out as soon as possible.

Tickets for the dance can be obtained from Mr Morgan or from the secretary.
