Sandon team against Awahou next Saturday at Sandon: —Backs: Harper, Scott, Davis, Richardson, Carroll, O’Dea; forwards: R. McNae, Richardson, Williams (2), R. Carroll, Burgess, Jarvis, Sanson, A. McNae ; emergencies ; Cameron, Thompson (forwards), Mclntyre, Eglinton (backs), Awahou meet for practice at the Public Hall to-nigbt. The Club then decide how' they travel to Sandon on Saturday, which will probably be by coach. On Saturday last at Sandon the Sandon schoolboys defeated Bulls by 25 points to nil. Some very pretty passing was shown by the boys. Mr J. Cameron made a capable referee, Awahou team against Sandon on Saturday : —Full back, Capstick ; three-quarters, C, Robinson, Broad, Lambert; five-eight, W. Robinson ; half, Gibbs; wings, J. Joe, W. Carter; forwards, Jeffries, Robinson, Williams, Brown, Saville, Shea Shea, Coley. Emergencies: G. Coley, Jillett, F. Robinson.
Paddy McMinn is likely to be present at the Public Hall to-night to put Awahou through their facings.
