GERMAN AND RUSSIAN INTERESTS.

Berlin, April 3

The German Government objects to German banks participating in the Russian loan of fifty millions, because it is about to issue a German Imperial loan of thirty millions.

A cable message from London published stated that Russia was about to issue a loan of fifty millions sterling at 5 per cent, with a minimum of 99, France taking thirty millions.
