The Morocco Conference.
Paris, April 2.
The Journal Debats says the relations of France and Germany have been deplorably strained. De Temps declares the most striking lesson of the Algeciras Conference is that if the nations habitually practised courtesy in their intercourse with each other it would be easy to obviate stormy entanglements. If France desired peace it would be necessary to show herself very strong.
