St. Petersburg, March 5.
Six thousand members of the Industry and Commerce Associa* tiou met at St. Petersburg and unanimously resolved that irrep* arable disaster would result if the Czar’s promised reforms were aot soon incorporated in the Empire’s law, and that delay cannot longer be tolerated without the gravest menace to the country and the dynasty.
