ARBITRARY ACTION. Buda Pesth, February 27. By way of punishing the Hungarian Coalition parties for contumacy, the Government has forbidden liberty of public meeting. Deputies are even forbidden 10 address their constituents.
The autonomy of Buda Pesth is suspended.
The municipalities have pro* tested against this arbitrary suspension of the constitution.
