Special (MerPUBLIC NOTICK is hereby given that at a special meeting of the Manama In County Council held at the County Offices, Sanson, on the uth hist., it was resolved That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by ‘ ‘ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901,” the Manawatu Coinn y Council hereby resolves as iol'ov.n : That for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of two hundred and fifty pounds stg., authorised to be raised by the Manawatu County Council under the above mentioned Act, for the purpose of purchasing land and constructing a road thereon leading to the Shannon Berry such loan to be at four per centum per annum for a period of forty-one years, the said Manawatu County Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one forty-eighth of a penny in the £ (i-4Sd.) upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Mt. Robinson Special Rating District, comprising all the rateable property of the Riding of Awahou, the boundaries of which are described in the “New Zealand Gazette/’ dated 31st August, 1905, page 2081, and that such special rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of fortyone years or until the loan is fully paid off.
