The Moutoa Schoolboys could not gd • team to meet our Foxton School on Saturday last. However, a team was Made up by tho aid of Foxton lads, and the Home school defeated the scratch team by 82 runs to 12 runs, in the first innings. To-morrow afternoon at the Park a natch will be played between the Foxton C. 0. and a combined team from Moutoa and the Debating C. C. The ladies will provide afternoon tea and an enjoyable afternoon is in stove for those who visit tho Park. The teams will be aefollows: Foxton —Shadbolt, Whibley, Kye, Martin, Imrie, Nye, Chard, Cunningham, Alf. Morgan, Alex. Morgan, A. Overend, C. Rand, L. Furrie. Emergencies, K. Furrie and It. Rand. Combined teamD. Campbell, Peni, Sweenev, Royal, W. Bowe. J. Bowe. Stiles, Betty, Whitehouse, 3. Dunn, Spelman, Reeves. Emergencies, L. Mohekey, and W. Mainwaring. The match will commence at 2 p.m. sharp. On Saturday, 24th Fob., a team from Foxton will visit Palmerston to play a match against the Palmerston 0. 0. A. team. A meeting of the Association committee will be held at the conclusion of to-morrow’s match, when the team will be picked. The Melbourne C. C. defeated Auckland by 10 wickets.
