Foxton Racing Club.

A meeting of the Foxton Racing Club was held at the Club’s office last evening, when there were present Messrs Barber (chairman), Gray. Eaing, 0. Robinson, C. Robinson, and C. Hunt.

On the motion of Mr Hunt, seconded by Mr Eaing, it was decided to grant the use of the course to Captain Pringle for an encampment at Easter.

It was resolved that Mr T. Cameron, as starter, be paid at the rate of £$ 15s, and that the balance be paid to secretary.—Mr Johansen was voted £1 extra for services.—The Band were voted —MrE. Wanklyn was voted £/\ 4s for assisting secretary.

The accounts as read were passed for payment, and other business closed the proceedings.
