Tokio, February 8. The Russian cruiser Castroma, bound from Odessa to Vladb’ostock with provisions is detained at Nagasaki because fresh disturbances have occurred in Valdivostock.
St. Petersburg, Feb. 7
A store of bombs in a house at Odeesa exploded. Two were killed and eight injured. The Government has ordered the arrest of the Mayor of Odessa for allowing the municipality to feed workmen during the strike.
