The Railway Accident.
TRAIN WRECKING FEARED.

There are unpleasant < rumors afloat re the raiiway accident at: Momohaki on Friday morning. There is a strong suspicion that the points bad been tampered with. It is stated that the Railway Officials discovered the points to keep them partly open. A portion of the padlock was found on the ground near the rails. ' The lock could only have been removed by a special railway key. The police are investigating the matter.
