Foxton Racing Club.
A meeting of the trustees of the above Club was held at the Manawatu Herald Office oa. Tuesday last. Present—Messrs* J. Kebbell, F. Robinson, J. Davies, and H. Thynne.
After various matters in connection with the Club’s grounds had been discussed, the following resolution was proposed and carried ; —That the sum of £lO be expended in planting shrubs and trees on the racecourse reserve after August next, and that Messrs F. Robinson, H. Thynne and J* Davies be a committee to arrange with the members of the Racing Club for the said planting.
