TO-DAY,

John Dane, charged with being drunk in charge of a handsome cab, was fined ios or 24 hours. Richard Doggett, for being drunk while in charge of a horse and trap, was fined 10s or 24 hours.

Henry Day, charged with being drunk, was convicted and fined ss. S. Westrupp, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and discharged.
