Definition of a Hack.—A Hack means a horse that has not at time of entry won a race of the value of 80 sovs, or races of the collective value of 300 sovs, and is not nominated in any open race at the meeting. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. No betting allowed on the course excepi through the medium of the Totalisator, The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they may deem fit.
