Cricket.

The Debating Cricket Club will be represented by the following team on Wednesday next: —Messrs Betty, Speluiiin, Whitehouse, Wilson, J. Dunn, Mainwaring, Moore, Barnard, Spiers, Beeves, and B. Dunn. Emergency ; Howie.

The following players of the Foxton Club have been selected to play in the cricket mulch against the Debating Club to-morrow in the Pink: —Messrs L. Furrio, K. Furrie, Martin, Nye, F. Sbadbolt, A.. Overend, C. Hand, F. D. Whibley, Cunningham, Rimmer, Imrie. Emergency: R. Rand. Players are requested to turn up in shoes sharp at 1.30 so that a long aftei noon’s game can bo enjoyed by both sides. Messrs Reade and L. Wilson will discharge the duties of Umpire.
