Unhappy RussiaSt. Petersburg, Jan. 8. A fourth depot for dynamite and bombs has been discovered at St. Petersburg. German contributors to the relief, of the Jews at Odessa have been warned that a quarter of the money will be used to arm members of the Social Revolutionary ■ Association and manufacturing bombs. A TERRIBLE INCIDENT. St. Petersburg, Jan. 8. To avenge the murder and mutilation of some of his dragroons at Riga, a Baltic port, Colonel Meydel summoned the starving mep and women who were besieged hr me Provodnik factory to surrender the murderers or be bombarded. The ultimatum was declined and a bombardment followed which killed one hundred people. Others were killed by volleys when trying to escape. Forty of the men are now imprisoned and they are threatened with hanging unless they surrender the murderers. OH THE VERGE OF MUTINY. St. Petersburg, Jan, 9. The Manchurian army is described as on the verge of mutiny. It threatens to pillage and burn Harping unless repatriated quickly. The soldiers believe that the Czar is dividing the land among the people, and are afraid that in their absence they may lose their share.
