Hurdle R accs _The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of xolbs in the hurdle race, and of every additional race a further penalty of ylbs. Definition of a Hack. — A Hack means a horse that has not at time of entry won a race of the value of So | sovs, or races of the collective value of jsoo sovs, and is not nominated in any open race at the meeting. No horse will be allowed to start whose fees are unpaid. Entries' by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. No betting allowed on the course except through the medium of the Totalisator. !
