JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Mrs M. Stewart (Mr Moore) v. Henry McKennie, Claim £5 12s, Ordered to pay £1 10s forthwith, in default three days imprisonment, the order to be suspended as long as defendant pays ::os a month. Thomas Henderson v. McKennie. Claim £ll Bs. Ordered to pay £7 13s forthwith, in default seven days, the order to be suspended so long as defendant pays £1 a month. Samuel Baker v. J. Collins. Claim £S Bs. Ordered to pay £2 8s forthwith, m default three days' imprisonment. OTHER CASES. E, A. Coley (Mr Moore) v. F. Dunn. For theft of coal value is 6d. Convicted and fined 20s, solicitors fee £1 is, witnesses expenses 18s, in default three days. E. A, Coley (Mr Harden) v. F. Dunn, for assault. Convicted and fined ss, solicitors fee £1 is, in default 48 hours. Fourteen days were allowed in which to pay the fine.

Police v. J. Kinley, charged with being in possession of beer, and another charge of being in possession of whisky, he being a prohibited person. Fined ios, and 7s costs on each charge.
