Weights for Second Day’s Races will be declared on Monday, January 3*nd, 1906, at about 8 pm. Acceptances close same evening at 9'3 0, Rules and Regulations. Penalties. —Flat Races —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of rolbs, and of every additioaal race a further penalty of ylbs. Definition of a Hack. —A Hack means a horse that has not at tins of entry won a race of the valw# of 80 sovs, or races of the ®ollcctive value of 200 sovS, and is not nominated in any open race at the moating.
