London, Nov. 28
Radical newspapers in the provinces are divided in respect to the differences between Lord Rosebery and Sir Henry CampbellBannerman on the Home Rule question. Sir Edward Grey, speaking at Newcastle, said Lord Rosebery’s interpretation of Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerman’s speech at Stirling was a misunderstanding.
