Weights for Second Day’s Races I will be declared on Monday, January 32nd, 1906, at about 8 pan. Accept* ances close same evening at 9.30. Rui.es and Regulations. Penalties. —Flat Races —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of rolbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of ylbs. Horses handicapped at Bst xolb or over to carry half the above penalties. Hurdle Races—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration ,pf. weights to carry a penalty of xolba in the hurdle race, and of every additional race 0 further penalty off ylbs. Definition of .a Hack,— ?A Hack means a horse thas,has not .at time of entry won a race of the Value of 80 so vs, or races of the collective value of 200 sovs, and is not nominated in any open race at the meeting. ; No horse will be allowed to start { whose fees are unpaid. I Entries by telegram must be confirmed in writing at the earliest possible opportunity. No betting allowed on the course except through the medium of the Totalisator. The Stewards reserve the right to alter the date or time for receiving nominations and acceptances as they may deem fit. Races 3,8/ are open to all Horses.
