Weights for Second Day’s Races I will be declared on Monday, January 32nd, 1906, at about 8 pan. Accept* ances close same evening at 9.30. Rui.es and Regulations. Penalties. —Flat Races —The winner of any flat race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of rolbs, and of every additional race a further penalty of ylbs. Horses handicapped at Bst xolb or over to carry half the above penalties. Hurdle Races—The winner of any hurdle race after the declaration ,pf. weights to carry a penalty of xolba in the hurdle race, and of every additional race 0 further penalty off ylbs.
