Messrs Levin & Co. Report. We ofiered to-day 20 bales of woo!, 2700 skins, 600 hides, and a quantity of horse hair. The wool offered was only a rough lot, all fleece wool being held for the first woo! sale of the season, to be held on 17th .November, We quote;— Skins ruled at last sale prices. Merinos 8-Jd to gd, fine crossbreds B|d to gd, coarse B£d to 8-Jd, dead skins 7d to 7.1 d, short wools 7d to Bd, lamb -kins 8.1 to Bi|d, butchers’ green 73 6d to 8s each. Horsehair —is 2d per lb. Hides —Prices are barely maintained. Ox hides sd to sjd, cow 4.td to 4=jd, cut and slippy hides 3|d to 4|d, cal: skins 3d to 6|d. Wellingtons *7th Oct., 1905.3
