Britain's Army.
London, Oct. 19. In the course of a speech at Croydon, Mr H. O, Arnold-Forster, Minister of War said he was able to prophesy with certainty that the army three years hence would be on a better loooting than it bad been for years in regard to armament, artillery, training, manning, cavalry strength, reserve stores, and equipment. Mr Forster added that he,sometimes feared nothing would bring the nation to a sensible state of mind regarding the army but tremendous equipment.
