Russian Troubles. ASSASSINATION OF A JEWBAITER. Workmen at Moscow erected barricades in Koihdestverisky avenue. Cossacks destroyed the barricades, and in doing so injured sis of the defenders. Colonel Estman, Chief of the Police at Krasnoysoak, has been murdered. The assassin escaped. Ui Ossovsky, Assistant Chief of Police at Kishineff, in Southern Russia, has been assassinated. He was largely responsible for the massacred of Jews in 1903, and for later anti-Semitic disturbances.
