Russian Troubles. St. Petersburg, Oct. Ti. Two hundred people were 'arrested at Moscow on Sunday. The Cossacks’ brutality was extraordinary. Numerous rioters were killed, a pitched battle being fought in the streets, the crowd using revolvers and stones, and troops sabres end caffeines. After it ceased many boys, men, and women were dragged to the Perfect’s courtyard and compelled to run the gauntlet of two lines of Cossacks, who used the butt ends of their rifles, maiming and disabling many. St. PETERSiiURG, Oct XI. The revolutionaries are trying to organise a general strike in Russia prior to the assembling of the Duma. The authorities meditate a wide extension ot martial law.
