TO THE EDITOR OP THE MANAWATO HERALD Sm,— l observe by your last issue (hat our Borough Councillors are talking about cutting up our borough into two ■ parts. Would anyone of (hose intelligent councillors kindly explain to us the cause, utility, benefit, or advantage it would bring to us as a. borough ? I for one fail to see any. We are going direct backwards lo any other part of the country who generally fry to advance their boundary line. Awaiting an explanation, I am, etc., Ratepayer. Foxton, September x6th, 1905.
