Messrs Dalgetv and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegrams from their London •ffice, dated 29th instant“ Tallow, since onr last telegram all sorts of tallow are unchanged, except mixed good to nrime wh f ch is a shade easier.” “ Frozen beef, nrices are weak. Frozen mutton, market firm at last quotations. Frozen lamb, prices are unchanged. Since our last telegram sheep-sldns are higher as follows : Merino, combing fd. Clothing, to £d. Crossbred, combing id. Clothing id.”
The High Commissioner cabled on the first inst Hemp market is dull: market prospects uncertain: n' : -e of New Zealand good-, fair Wellington grade on spot, twenty six pounds ; July and August shipments £27 ; price Manila hemp fair current grade, July and August shipments £36 xos.”
