THAT in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900, the Council of the Borough ol Foxton hereby resolves as follows; “ That Gray Street leading from Main Street to Harbour Street shall be stopped, and shall hereafter cease to be a public highway.” And that a special meeting of the Foxton Borough Council shall be held on Monday, 12th June, 1905, to confirm the above Special Order.
